May 1, 2021 — DiMarco Group is pleased to announce Paul Foti has joined its Rochester office as vice president of commercial real estate. In his new role, Foti will work with the leadership team to advance DiMarco Group’s established real estate portfolio.
Foti brings to the position 20 years of experience in real estate contract negotiations, finance, portfolio management, administrative management and team building. He has held a variety of positions managing diverse real estate portfolios, including apartments, senior living, affordable housing, mixed use and commercial developments. Most recently, Foti served as chief financial officer at DGA Builders.

Foti earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University. He is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and certified Tax Credit Specialist by the National Center for Housing Management. Foti resides in Webster with his fiancé, Stephanie.
