Our management team has over 20 years of experience within the industry. The DiMarco Group’s President, John L. DiMarco II and the President of ADMAR, Joel R. DiMarco are both a part of the fourth generation to be involved in the family-owned business. Paul Colucci, the VP of Development and Construction provides an oversight on all development and works directly with our clients throughout every stage. Paul Foti, VP of Real Estate oversees the company’s real estate’s portfolio including tenant acquisition and financial feasibility analyses. The Chief Financial Officer of DiMarco Group, Thomas “TJ” Klier provides oversight and direction across the DiMarco family of companies. John DiMarco II

John L. DiMarco II

President & COO

John DiMarco II is the President and Chief Operating Officer of DiMarco Group and DiMarco Constructors.  He oversees the overall operations for DiMarco Group and DiMarco Constructors and is involved with business development and operations of ADMAR Construction Equipment & Supplies and Baldwin Real Estate Corporation.

  • He is a part of the fourth generation to be involved in the family owned business.
  • John has been in the industry for almost 30 years and has provided ongoing coordination of architectural, engineering and construction disciplines.
  • John has completed a wide variety of renovation and new construction projects for mixed-use, multi-residential, and commercial properties.

John has a Bachelor of Science from Union College in Civil Engineering.

He is an active board member in a variety of organizations including:

Joel R. DiMarco

Executive Vice President

Joel DiMarco is the President of ADMAR Construction Equipment & Supplies. He oversees the daily operations of ADMAR and is involved with business development and operations for DiMarco Group, DiMarco Constructors and Baldwin Real Estate Corporation.

  • Joel is a part of the fourth generation to be involved in the family owned business.
  • Joel has been in the construction industry for over 30 years.
  • He has helped boost business growth by expanding ADMAR’s operations in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
  • With Joel’s leadership, ADMAR has appeared in the Rochester Top 100 list numerous times.
  • He has implemented “The ADMAR Experience” which promotes employees to always ensure every client gets the best service.

Joel has an undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College in Business Administration.

Paul Collucci DiMarco Group

Paul M. Colucci

Vice President

Paul is the Vice President of Development and Construction for DiMarco Constructors and DiMarco Group. He oversees client deliverables including proposals, feasibility studies, budgets, schedules and construction documents.

  • Paul has been in the industry for over 20 years.
  • He develops and maintains regulatory compliance programs to ensure the highest quality.
  • He works directly with clients and places high priority on building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction from stage one through completion.
  • His project experience includes: Baytowne, Greater Rochester International Airport, Monroe Community College and more.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Fredonia State College in Biology.

He is an active board member in a variety of organizations including:

Paul Foti | Vice President of Real Estate

Paul Foti

VP of Real Estate

Paul Foti is the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for DiMarco Group. He oversees the company’s real estate portfolio including tenant acquisition and assists with financial feasibility analyses.

  • Paul has 20 years of industry experience.
  • He is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and certified Tax Credit Specialist by the National Center for Housing Management
  • His background includes contract negotiations, finance, portfolio management and administrative management.
  • He’s managed multi-unit residential, mixed-use and commercial developments.

Paul earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University.

Thomas Klier

CFO

Thomas (T.J.) Klier, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the financial aspects of DiMarco Group working closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. He will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of DiMarco Group optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.

  • T.J. has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and service-based businesses.
  • He boasts a robust history in deep change management and transition leadership, adept at simplifying complex challenges into tangible projects and assembling the requisite teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • T.J. focuses on sustainable organic growth and buy / sell side mergers & acquisitions.
  • His extensive leadership spans overseeing global finance operations, managing diverse areas like Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR and IT across the US and Western Europe.

T.J. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame, alongside dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park. Additionally, he is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE, Board Member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and is an advisor / board member for private equity and start-up businesses.

Nathan Vander Wal

General Counsel and CAO

Nathan Vander Wal is the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. He oversees legal counsel, strategic planning, governmental affairs and economic development initiatives across the DiMarco Group companies. He is also responsible for developing and implementing policies related to company contracts, compliance and corporate governance.

  • Nathan has 14 years of experience in private practice at a Global 100 law firm.
  • His background includes providing counsel to property owners, developers, management companies, landlords and tenants.
  • Nathan’s commercial transaction experience includes acquisition and disposition of properties, development projects, renewable energy projects, leasing, financing and land use and zoning matters.

Nathan graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Calvin University.
