He will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of DiMarco Group optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.<\/p><ul><li>T.J. has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and service-based businesses.<\/li><li>He boasts a robust history in deep change management and transition leadership, adept at simplifying complex challenges into tangible projects and assembling the requisite teams to achieve strategic objectives.<\/li><li>T.J. focuses on sustainable organic growth and buy \/ sell side mergers &amp; acquisitions.<\/li><li>His extensive leadership spans overseeing global finance operations, managing diverse areas like Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR and IT across the US and Western Europe.<\/li><\/ul><p>T.J. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame, alongside dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park.
