The Shops at Hampton Ridge - Greece NY
The DiMarco Group is in the process of developing The Shops at Hampton Ridge- a 29-acre retail project on West Ridge Road just west of Elmgrove Road in Greece New York. On October 3rd, 2004, a new 88,000 sf Kohl’s department store opened as the first phase of the retail development. Phase II of the development consists of 80,000 sf of in-line space to the west of Kohl’s and is currently being marketed to national retail tenants. Out Parcel opportunities in front of the new in-line space as well as a 2-story, 20,000 office parcel to the east of Kohl’s are also available as part of the overall development.

The Town of Greece is one of the largest and mature retail markets in greater Rochester with an average household income of $60,671 and a 5-mile population of 126,779 people. West Ridge Road has an average daily traffic of 25,000 vehicles.

All local and state permitting approvals for the overall development master plan have been secured making the phase II space readily available. A new traffic signal has also been approved and will be installed at the main plaza entrance drive in the summer of 2005.

Hampton Ridge Center - Greece NY
The DiMarco Group is also developing Hampton Ridge Center on West Ridge Road immediately west and adjacent to The Shops at Hampton Ridge development. Hampton Ridge Center is located on a 60-acre parcel and will be developed as a 400,000 sf lifestyle/power center project. The development will offer opportunities for Big Box Anchor tenants, junior anchors, specialty retail, restaurants, banks and other associated users. The development will be accessed via a new signalized main entrance drive with an internal connection to The Shops at Hampton Ridge Retail project.

Fishers Landing - Victor NY
The DiMarco Group is expanding our Fishers Landing retail plaza located on Route 96 in Victor New York. The development will include the addition of 38,000 sf of retail space along with 33,000 sf of second floor office space in 3 separate buildings. The existing 20,000 sf retail building will also receive architectural and landscaping improvements as part of the overall development. The existing plaza is 100% occupied with such tenants as Enterprise Rental Car, Allstate Insurance and Monro Muffler.

Victor is one of the fastest growing communities in the metropolitan Rochester area with an average household income of $100,621 and a 5-mile population of 28,008 people. The site is located 2 miles southeast of the NYS Thruway/Interstate 490 interchange approximately 15 miles from downtown Rochester. Route 96 has an average daily traffic of 18,000 vehicles and is the main roadway leading into the town of Victor.
