Since 1910, we have constructed over 10,000 units of housing and currently own and manage approximately 4,000 units. We specialize in affordable housing, market rate, and senior living housing. 	Victor Senior Apartments - Victor NY The DiMarco Group is developing a 28-acre site at Lane Road and High Street in Victor New York. The first phase of the project consists of a 2-story, 65 unit, senior affordable apartment building on a 7.5 acres portion of the property. The project is currently proceeding through the local and state permitting process and construction is anticipated to start in the fall of 2005 with completion in the summer of 2006.
