Based on a long and successful history of developing multi-unit, residential housing for our own portfolio,
The DiMarco Group made a strategic decision in 2001 to aggressively market our services to college and universities.
Since that time, we have been successful with securing several Design/Build projects from higher education institutions.

Monroe Community College - Rochester NY
Phase II
The DiMarco Group has recently been awarded a design/Build contract from Monroe Community College (MCC)
for the development of a 3-story, 360 bed, apartment project on their campus in Rochester NY.
The DiMarco Group completed a similar 400 bed; on-campus apartment project for MCC in 2003,
which has been so successful the college, is proceeding with this second housing project.
The DiMarco Group has completed preliminary/schematic design and expects to start construction in
the spring of 2005 with completion in the summer of 2006.
